How much is delivery?

At Bebé Artesano we have tried our best to optimize the shipping price of any orders made by customers in the European Union and be able to offer the cheapest prices possible based on weight, quantity and type of items in a given order.

We have two types of shipping options (availability depends on items in the order) that our customers can choose from:

- Standard shipping. In this case the order is sent by ordinary standard mail and we can't be held responsable for loss. We can't indicate the time it will take for delivery either. But it's cheaper !

Standard shipping starts from 9,50 € and the price rises depending on weight, quantity and type of items in a given order.

- Registered or Courier shipping. In this case, Bebé Artesano can indistinctly use Registered Mail or Courier Services. If the order is lost, Bebé Artesano will pay back the amount paid by the customer up to the maximum amount insured by the logistics company and once the payment from the logistics company has been received (for example in the case of registered Mail, the standard insurance covers around 30€). The normal delvery time for this type of shipping option is around 2 to 4 days.

Registered or Courier shipping starts from 17,00 € and the price rises depending on weight, quantity and type of items in a given order.

If there are no available shipping prices, because you are outside the UE or because of the items inside your order, please contact us so we can tell you the exact price for the order you want to make.

If you have a cheaper option or want to use your own logistics service, please tell us so we can arrange it with you !!

Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, levies, and other applicable fees for their purchase.

When am I going to receive my order ?

The time it takes for the order to be prepared and sent totally depends on the items included. Generally we will send the items based on the article with the longest preparation time, so if you have bought two items, one with a preparation time of 1 week and the other with a preparation time of 2 weeks, our target for sending the whole order is 2 weeks.

Sometimes orders with various items may be sent separetely (with no extra cost for the customer, other than the one specified in the order).
